We’re off to the Alps with our new bikes for four days of riding the Swiss passes. Bar the Diavel which is off to Scotland for a week, our guests are flying into Zurich to ride the RC8 R, Speed Triple ABS, MV F4, 848, Streetfighter S and 749 S. Fancy coming to do the same, join us on future trips!

What a great way to spend a weekend, riding superb classic motorcycles around south Wales! It was fun, the bikes, roads and riding made the weekend very special. My first experience of such bikes and I loved every minute.
If spending a weekend at a slower pace with just as much exhilaration appeals, speak with us about our September trip!

Off to south Wales tomorrow for a weekend in a classic saddle or two. Spyder Club will be using a Laverda Jota, Vincent Egli, Suzuki GT 750, Kawasaki Z1A and a Triumph Trident T150 on some ‘classic’ Welsh B roads for our first trip on using these stunning bikes. Despite the rain on race day, Silverstone put on a good show of Moto GP, Moto 2 and the 125’s. Bradley Smith rode unbelievably well to finish 2nd having started 28th on the grid! Having lead the race, Scott Reading eventually ending his home GP in 5th. Danny Kent and Webb ended 9th and 11th respectively and Cal Crutchlow watched from hospital with a broken collar bone after a crash in practise.
We at Spyder Club were privileged to have been exhibiting in the British Racing Driver Club, what a lovely place to be!

Spyder Club are looking forward to a great weekend of racing at MotoGP at Silverstone and are hoping for some good British results!

Another good day’s track riding at Donington park for Spyder Club’s members. Focused Events once again provided a good day with excellent instructions. The next is at Silverstone on the 14th July, fancy coming along, get in touch!

Some Spyder Club members enjoyed a day on track at Donington Park earlier in the week.
For a one off fee members were well looked after with the Spyder Club bike delivered to the track for them; instruction available throughout the day; fuel; breakfast, lunch and drinks; and the track time itself.
The next event is planned on the 6th June so book your place now!

Spyder Club had a great – if slightly – windy time at the Ducati Days weekend at Silverstone. A truly fabulous event with highlights including the Ducati museum, Maria Costello, Matt Roberts getting his knee down (allegedly!) and the amazing Ducati parade lap.
Spyder Club would like to say a big thank you and well done to everyone at Ducati who helped organize such a great event. Roll on next year!

Valentino Rossi was caught on camera by Spyder Club’s very own Lizzi at the opening of the Wing at Silverstone.
Having spent the day in the company of racing hero’s and legends such as Stirling Moss, Jackie Stewart, Valentino Rossi, Johnny Rea, Jenson Button, Danny Webb, Mark Webber, John Surtees, Ron Haslam, Randy Mamola, James Toseland, Cal Crutchlow, Scott Redding, Damon Hill, Nigel Mansell and team bosses, Frank Williams, Christian Horner and Ross Brawn at the opening of Silverstone’s amazingly impressive Wing pit and paddock complex, her day was nearly complete…
BUT, hanging round for a while meant she got to see Rossi testing an 1198 with no one else to talk to but Vittoriano Guareschi, Ducati Moto GP Team Manager who was kind enough to take a Spyder Club brochure! Watch Rossi!!
A visit to the London Show tomorrow morning, it'll be different not exhibiting this year! #
