The Moto Guzzi Griso SE arrived at Spyder Club today after a snowy journey from London. What a beautiful bike…and the BMW arrives tomorrow!

Spyder Club will be exhibiting at the Carole Nash Motorcycle and Scooter Show at the NEC in Hall 1 on stand 1D70. For the 11 days Spyder Club will be offering the following deals as well as information to those who want to find out more:
- pay a £100 deposit before the 20th December 2009 and receive a 10% discount when you pay the remainder on 15th March 2010 and membership begins:
£3,000 membership minus 10% and £100 = £2,600
£2,100 membership minus 10% and £100 = £1,790
£1,150 membership minus 10% and £100 = £935
- join now and pay half your membership before 20th December and half in six months time to receive a 12.5% discount off the total payment (points, days and miles released pro rata):
£3,000 membership minus 12.5% = £2,625 (2 payments of £1,312.50)
£2,100 membership minus 12.5% = £1,837.50 (2 payments of £918.75)
£1,150 membership minus 12.5% = £1,006.20 (2 payments of £503.10)

Spyder Club members can now choose from an additional fleet of Triumphs. Pidcock Triumph has offered Spyder Club an extension to its existing fleet by making their demonstrator models available to members. Using the usual Spyder Club points system the Triumph’s can be booked by telephone for short periods of up to three days from the Donington Park base.
The bikes available include: Thunderbird 1600, Daytona 675, Speed Triple 1050, Sprint ST 1050, Tiger 1050, Scrambler, Speedmaster, Bonneville SE and Street Triple R.

Spyder Club are pleased to announce the first of the new additions to the 2010 fleet, the road going version of Troy Corser and Ruben Xaus’ phenomenal World Superbike racer, the BMW S 1000 RR. The S 1000 RR represents a milestone in electronic safety with ABS and dynamic traction control that responds to speed, lean angle and one of four selectable modes: rain, sport, race or slick.
BMW’s first stab at a superbike has had a hugely positive response from all and Spyder Club are looking forward to taking delivery of the Motorsport red, white and blue bike in mid January.

The sun shone on Spyder Club’s first test day and with the weather came the numbers: members, potential members, family and friends all turned up to help make the day a great success. Riders got to experience a wide selection of bikes as well as sample the delights of a barbecue and for those that stayed into the evening, discuss which bike was best over a beer.
A big ‘thank you’ goes to Chris Moss, Silkolene, 3bit, Norton, Ducati UK, Harley Davidson, Buell, Pidcock Triumph and Donington Park for all your help.
Finally a very warm welcome to Spyder Club to all our new members who joined on Saturday and a very big ‘thank you’ to existing members for putting the ‘club’ in Spyder Club, your continued support is priceless.

Spyder Club are very pleased to announce further manufacturer support for the test day running on the 26th September at Donington Park. Ducati UK will be providing a Monster 1100S and Harley Davidson are supplying an XR1200 and CVO Fat Bob. Buell has also arranged another bike for the day, the 1125R and these four motorcycles will run alongside the already confirmed KTM RC8-R, Triumph Daytona 675 and Buell 1125CR.
Also available will be Spyder Club’s own fleet which includes the Aprilia RSV4 Factory, Ducati 1198S, Streetfighter S and Hypermotard S; Triumph Street Triple R and Bonneville T100 and MV Agusta F4 R312 and Brutale 910 S. All the bikes will be available to ride on a road route local to Donington Park.
As well as drinks and a barbecue in the evening the new Norton Commando will be visiting and there will be special membership offers available to those joining on the day.
